Epsom salt is an excellent for promoting relaxation, detoxification and hydration. It can be used as a stand alone salt for soaking, or blended with botanicals & other salts, its coarse texture makes it easy to incorporate them into baths and soaks. Epsom salt is mainly made up of magnesium and sulfates.

Himalayan Pink salt is one of the purest salts available for culinary, therapeutic and cosmetic uses. It has beautifully formed crystals ranging in color from off-white to a lustrous pink hand-mined salt, derived from ancient sea salt deposits, and believed to be the purest form of salt. Regular consumption of Himalayan Pink salt provides essential minerals, trace elements, balances electrolytes, supports proper nutrient absorption, eliminates toxins, balances the body’s pH, and increases circulation.

Coarse Sea Salt & Dead Sea Salts-these high-grade sea salts were only available at spas or in expensive bath care products, but now they are more widely available at affordable prices. These salts are a perfect additive for making your own bath salts, salt scrubs, therapeutic treatments, and it’s commonly used to make bath bombs, bath teas, soap making and in deodorant.
